When Cats Fall in Trouble

It is so hard to see a animal get hurt like that it brings me in tears its isn’t right that poor cat. There are always better /more humane ways to solve whatever the issue may be with an animal.

Cat speared through head by foot-long arrow… and survives

Brownie the cat used up at least one of his nine lives after being shot through the skull with an arrow. The 13-inch arrow became lodged in the cat’s head after entering its skull above the right eye. Amazingly four-year-old Brownie, who was treated by a vetis expected to make a full recovery. It’s horribly tragic and a miracle the cat is even alive and has such a great attitude still through all of that.

Amazing pictures of cat that spent a WEEK with crossbow bolt through its body

A kitten lost one of its nine lives when a callous thug shot it with a crossbow. Dave the tabby cat was targeted while playing away from home. He staggered around with the 14-inch bolt in his body for a week before finally making it back to his garden. The bolt entered his neck and came out by his left elbow missing his heart by an inch and his lungs by a fraction.  Miraculously the bolt failed to pierce Dave’s vital organs and arteries.

The cat that got itself into a wheelie tight spot

Cats and cars never mix, and poor Casper the cat has learned his lesson after getting his head wedged in a spare tyre. The mischievous Siamese found himself in the tight spot and needed the help of a fire-crew after a passer-by found him in distress.

Freddy the cat is rescued after 18 hours clinging to electric wires

The one-year-old cat clung precariously to potentially lethal electric wires before emergency services were able to pull him to safety. Freddy’s adventure started when he decided to climb up a pole full of electric wires just yards from his home. Incredibly he did not touch any ‘live’ wires and was still hanging on for dear life 18 hours later when rescuers eventually arrived to help him.

Firemen dismantle car to rescue trapped cat

Bemused firemen were forced to dismantle a car after a hapless cat managed to get trapped in its engine. The terrified moggy, called Napoleon, had sought refuge there after falling from a second storey window. Napoleon fell thirty feet from a second storey window before getting stuck in  car engine.

The cat who was found in a sticky situation – wrapped head to foot in duct tape

It’s one of the more bizarre scenes of cruelty that animal safety officers have ever come across. But even this cruel and unusual punishment does not appear to have dampened this cat’s spirits. The female tan and black striped feline was found wandering the streets of Philadelphia wrapped head to foot in duct tape – that most powerful of all tapes.
